It is important for humanity to treat the environment not as a mere resource but as a part of us, part of our soul. We are one with everything. So in that sense I believe natures and humanity's archetypical nature mirrors each other. If I would to describe the protection we get from the ozone layer, it would be like a paternal figure. It is ever shielding us from the harshness of the sun making life sustainable for everything and we must in return try to uphold it as much as possible from the inside.
