Every year, just past the Lunar New Year in front of the Kien, Rach Gia, and Kien Giang river mouths
flocks of swallows and seagulls fly here to hunt.
During this time, water from the commune's inner fields goes to the Kien river culvert and then to the sea carrying many species of freshwater fish
These fish when going to the sea will be bait for swallows and seagulls.
