The Maldives is known for its sandy beaches and crystal clear, blue oceans. The first image shows just one of our imaginations of Maldive's nature. However, the second image shows the harsh reality. What was once soft, white beaches, have now turned into a wasteland with little to no life present. Due to climate change, our beaches have gone through erosion, pollution, and human alteration. Isn't it about time we take responsibility for our own actions?
