Human activity is a major cause of environment pollution, especially in large cities. Building factories, and using fossil fuels such as oil, coal… for transport causes serious environmental pollution. The release of gasses into the atmosphere causes global warming, acid rain and damage to the ozone layer. Besides, forest destruction, plastic and water pollution causes negative effect to natural creature and human health.
Nelson Mandela, South Africa’s first black president, also expressed “Everyone has the right to an environment that is not harmful to their health or well-being; and to have that environment protected, for the benefit of present and future generations.” We should be recognized the pollution and need urgent measures to protect environment. Let re-green barren hills and use more green fuels for a green life.
